The way we produce parent certificates has been changed! 

These certificates have been designed to be more in keeping with current materials and will now be sent to facilitators electronically for you to print out. Find out more about the new certification process.

For those of you who have not replaced your manual, please make a note that there is a significant change to the instructions around the smacking discussion.
